For superior maintenance and service, we recommend our Priority One Plan that offers priority emergency service, no overtime rate on labor for repairs, 10% discount on all replacement parts, a spring A/C tune-up, and a fall furnace tune-up.

Spring A/C Tune-Up:

  • Check operating pressure with gauges
  • Filter replacement
  • Check and tighten all electrical connections
  • Clean drains
Fall Furnace Tune-Up:
  • Total furnace inspection
  • Test all safety controls
  • Filter replacement
  • Clean and adjust
  • Clean drains

Priority One Plan


  • 1.) PRIORITY EMERGENCY SERVICE (During Business Hours)
    2.) NO OVERTIME RATE ON LABOR FOR REPAIRS
    3.) 10% DISCOUNT ON ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS
    4.) SPRINT A/C TUNE UP

  • Work performed between hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday - ONLY

  • SPRING TUNE-UP
    March 1 through May 15 Only

  • FALL TUNE-UP
    October 1 through October 15 Only

  • Payments in full due upon completion of First Tune-Up. Contract will be cancelled if not performed in the above time periods. Contract will be suspended and is non-transferable.
  • Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
  • This agreement does not become effective until Paid in Full and will continue in effect for one year from date of payment unless canceled by either party with 30 days advanced notice. This agreement will be automatically renewed by payment of invoice each year.
